Here's what you can expect in the beginning, middle, and end!
If you haven't taken the quiz, I recommend you go this route first. It'll give you some insight into how your offer is servicing you and your customer, and highlight areas to improve your copy to minimize exhaustive customer relationships. We'll see each other's faces and get to know one another! I'll also ask you for detailed information like the project launch date, what you envision for your copy, and logistical things like communication, tech, and assets. If it's feeling like a "heck yes!," I'll start formalizing our collab.
I'll send you a proposal, contract, and invoice to ensure we both win in the end, and you'll make your first payment. Once that's done, you'll get a confirmation email with a video to get you cozy with Honeybook, Copywriting Britt's central hub for communications and operations. For convenience, all documents will be added to your welcome packet for safekeeping and easy access!
I'll start researching and gathering info to build your Copy Companion™ with your messaging, brand, audience, and any essential tools or resources you use to help communication flow between you and your customer, like hosting platforms or CRMs. Before writing the copy, you'll review and approve for me to move onto the next step to ensure we're on the same page with how you want to shape your customers journey.
Next, I'll write your copy referring back to the research and information that was gathered. I'll check it for accuracy and quality, doing my best to deliver an excellent outcome the first time. As we get closer to completion, all you'll have to do is wait. Since patience isn't easy, I'll keep you updated on my progress to manage your anticipation, and prevent nail biting. This isn't a thriller after all!
Once all of the copy is finished, I'll turn it over to you and any other collaborators for review. You can leave notes, questions, and any concerns about logistics you may have with implementation onto your business platforms and operations.
I'll send you an offboarding packet with all of your new copy, confirmation that I've logged out of your accounts, and supportive materials. You'll also get an email with a "Thank You" gift and a 'How did I do" survey!

My main services are website copy, sales email copy, and landing page copy. Add-on services are newsletters, social captions, and social ads. Add-ons cannot be booked as a standalone service.
Most services can be turned around within 6-8 weeks, but it's contingent on how quickly I obtain assets from you and my availability. If you have a tighter deadline, I'm willing to discuss it and see if it's something I can support you with.

While I am not an offer strategist, our copy consults include discussion about the health of your offer with what your customer understands about your offer, how it operates and funnels, how you want to service your customer, and your position in your industry.
